Lakeland – Recruitment Poster

Brief: Lakeland wanted to recruit a Visual Merchandiser (window dresser) to work across their North West stores.

Solution: We investigated costs for running an advert in the trade and/or regional press but there was going to be a lot of wastage and the press titles for the area were proving very pricey. We therefore suggested creating a poster to go in all the store windows in the region.

Results: The client was delighted with the influx of applications they received and a high quality placement was made.
