Lifestyle Services Group – Developing An External Profile
Brief: Lifestyle Services Group (LSG) provides white label insurance products to some of the UK’s biggest names in finance, communications and retail. They moved from a basic industrial unit to brand new business park premises in Crewe in June 2008. Looking to raise the calibre of their applicants and to raise their profile in the local area, they embarked on a direct attraction campaign for their call centre staff rather than relying on recruitment consultancies.
Solution: We have developed a number of campaigns that together have contributed to a strong external perception of the client in their local employment market.
Results: The campaigns have succeeded in building a profile for the client in addition to filling live vacancies. The client is so happy with the identity that we have created for them, that we have further developed their exhibition stand and a Refer A Friend scheme as well.
