Rilwood Associates – Corporate and candidate marketing campaign

Brief: Rilwood’s Marketing Division were keen to consolidate their reputation and increase their brand profile in the digital sector as this had been a key growth area for them since their launch. Looking to brand themselves as the recruiter of choice in this area, they were keen to express that unlike many of their competitors they match the candidates and companies for an optimum fit that suits both parties, rather than farming out faceless CVs to potential clients.

Solution: We ran the campaign in the Digital and Marketing trade press.
The ads were designed to purely pique the candidates’ interest in Rilwood’s services, allowing the Consultant to match each candidate to the role most suited to them. The individual ads put their message across at a glance without the need for lengthy body copy and by labelling the boxes with live vacancies, the roles they had on their books were instantly highlighted.

Results: The campaign was a resounding success. Prior to this Rilwood relied upon cold calls and headhunts to attract candidates but the cumulative effect of the campaign meant that candidates now sought them out, offering a significant return on investment, with numerous high profile placements made over the course of the campaign and beyond.
