Screwfix – Commercial ROUTES Employee Programme
Brief: To design, brand and launch the communications for a new internal training scheme for existing employees. For the Commercial ROUTES scheme 12 people are selected to gain experience and knowledge of the key commercial area’s of the business – Buying, Supply chain and Marketing, as well as self development through bi-monthly meetings with one of the Commercial Head’s of Department as a mentor.
Solution: The opportunity was communicated via Posters and A5 Leaflets which were displayed throughout all area’s of Screwfix – Head Office, Contact Centre and Trade Counters.
Results: The results were outstanding with 72 respondents requesting an application form and of those, 64 completed and submitted them. A substantial percentage of the requests for application forms were received between 5:15 and 5:30 the day the Posters and Leaflets went on display.
This response exceeded the clients expectations and as a result of this response Feather Brooksbank were asked to put together the Assessor and Candidate Packs for the Assessment Day and are now creating the Candidate Packs for those who succeed in securing a place on the scheme.
